Duties: Execute community Partnerships & Engagement Maintain cleanliness and organization of resource inventory Execute curriculum and reporting of participant skill development. Enhance current programming through innovative, best-practice approaches to all recreation programming. With the support of a sports specialist, the RBT will within a co-teaching instructional environment to support all participants in an inclusive learning environment. With a Fitness mentor, the RBT will take on the role of play partner. We are looking for a candidate that has an innovative approach to learning by using best-practice behavior management in a group setting.
