Social Power Series
After our successful Brain Power Series we are introducing our new, Social Power Series focusing on social development through activities that encourage planning and teamwork.
By integrating specific activities into the daily or weekly routine, children will improve their social and executive functioning skills, supporting academic performance and overall cognitive development.

Ways to Join
The classes are held at our Clubhouse (101 Park Avenue, Hoboken) on Wednesdays after school, and Saturdays starting from January.
You can pick any of those days to attend.

Wednesdays 3:30-6:00pm

Saturdays 10am-12:30pm
The following packages are available for booking: Pack of 6, Pack of 8, or Pack of 10.
You may try out our class prior committing to any package by booking our one time trial class.
The Social Series are for children between the ages of 4-8.
About Social Power
Each week the class will focus on a different activity that promotes teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making in either skills used towards sports and recreation or engineering and building.

Skills to be used and developed​

Cognitive Flexibility: Promoted by team sports, dance, and movement-based games.

Working Memory: Enhanced by aerobic exercise, dance, and memory games.

Self-Control/Inhibitory Control: Strengthened by obstacle courses and structured games like “Simon Says and Freeze Dance”.

Emotional Regulation: Improved through yoga, and team-based activities.

Problem Solving & Decision Making: Developed in sports and building that require strategic thinking like fort and team block-building.

The core of this program is to learn how to make friends by increasing self-awareness and self-regulation through active play.

We provide pick-up on Wednesday from the following schools:

Mile Square Early Learning Center, Hoboken
Children will walk to our Clubhouse with our instructors.
All other students are welcome to join but have to be dropped off at the Clubhouse.
